Prima appartement met basisbenodigdheden voor een paar dagen. Fijn terras (tuin beneden lijkt in aanleg) en ook wat extra's als koffie, olie, stofzuiger, föhn en wat toeristenfolders aanwezig. Vanuit Martelange zijn bijvoorbeeld Bastenaken/Bastogne, Aarlen/Arlon, Neufchâteau binnen een half uur eenvoudig te bereiken per auto. In de buurt meerdere wandelroutes.

Het appartement heeft wat liefde en onderhoud nodig. Fornuis dat continu aan en uit gaat, dun matras, deurklink die loslaat, handdoeken/theedoeken die erg pluizen, zelf de wifi ingesteld. Bekleding van de zitbank en buitenbank een keer schoonmaken is geen overbodige luxe. Minder restaurants in de omgeving dan gedacht. Le Grand Nord was prima. Voor lekker eten hebben we wat verder gezocht en zijn bijvoorbeeld bij Wagon Léo in Bastogne terecht gekomen.
