Exactly what we needed at a great price. The host was also very attentive and welcoming

Sensational value for money in the heart of Bastogne. A big, expansive property. Secure parking for our bikes was a must and this delivered.

The beds were a little uncomfortable.

We survived, because the owners returned with soap, towels turned on the heat, but that's all.

No breakfast. The house was cozy, but it was way to far from anything/

No Heat, had to call to have the heat put on. The stairs to the second floor are dangerous. The hot water faucet in the sink is dangerous. No protecting from being burned by hot water. We had to call for towels. The towels in the bathroom was too small. More like face cloths. No soap at all. We were not campers. We didn't bring any soap or shampoo and the stores were many miles away by car. So the distance to any locations were further than expected.

The location was perfect! We were very close to all museums and restaurants.

There were no extra linens to be found for the sofas and pillows. We also could hear everything from people on the other side of the house.

Great location very spacious, but very dated inside and bit smelly

Location was good and space was big inside lots of room

Very dated, needs some work everything very old and smells old. Two of my children have come up with a bad rash from the bed and looks like bites on their torso, not that impressed and wouldn’t go back again to be honest

The automated lights in the bathroom didn’t stay on very long. Some of the other facilities proved difficult to use - so a welcome pack with some instructions would have been helpful.

Great location, make sure the house has everything it’s supposed to as soon as you get there.

Perfect location for a family to stay while visiting Bastogne.

There were no bath towels and only half a roll of toilet paper in house when we arrived. We were on a 16 day trip and were staying at some places that didn’t have towels and I could not remember if this one was supposed to or not. I failed to contact the owner and ask, after we checked out I was accused of stealing the towels that were never there. The owner says he is putting policies in place to prevent this in the future, but still called me a liar and thief even after I provided pictures that we took on our arrival that showed no bath towels on the bed.

Disappointing

Location was good. Close to town

Manager on site was not very professional. He greeted us in what looked like a dressing gown and stated that he had to make up the beds. We arrived around 4pm so beds should have been ready. Also, he came back with another man who looked like a security guard after 9pm banging on the door and then the bedroom window when we didn't answer. He came through the back fence and it was very unnerving. We opened the door and he and his mate basically barged in requesting another 100 EURO stating that we only paid for 2 guests and not 5. This was.not the case as we emailed the manager and advised of the change in number and asked if it would be extra. No reply was received. To have someone knock on a bedroom after 9pm is extremely unprofessional and not acceptable at all. We would certainly not recommend this accommodation as an option and we definitely will never stay there again. Was not happy at all.

Wonderful spacious property. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. The breakfast spread is highly recommended.

A large property with private parking and lots of facilities. A large garden in a nice area, not too far from the centre.

The driveway by the gate had a hump that catches the bottom of the car and no way to turn the car after driving up the steep driveway.

Beautiful home that is pet friendly with all the amenities!

Location is on the very edge of town. Great place to be. Has a back yard that is huge and perfect for our dog to run and play. It is very big with plenty of room for a family of 4-6. We liked everything about this place except the bathroom was a little small.

The bathroom is a bit small. One room with toilet facilities (small), and one shower room. The toilet facilities are a little dated but work just fine. We will stay here every time we go to Bastogne!

Glad to have a house available with space for my family of 6! Great location, close to everything in Bastogne.

The pillows and bedding were not the most comfortable. The furniture and decor are dated but functional. The motion sensor light in the bathroom turns off too fast.

A FUIR

Après un premier séjour pour lequel par sympathie pour le personnel sur place nous n'avons pas mis de commentaire déplaisant ( et pourtant nous sommes restés sans chauffage de notre arrivée jusqu'à 20h) manteau sur le dos en plein hiver, nous avons retenté l'expérience en prenant nos précautions en contactant la personne sur place pour cette fois mettre du chauffage dans l'habitation. Après deux heures de route, nous prévenons que nous sommes presque arrivés. A notre grande surprise, on nous informe que la location était louée à d'autres personnes déjà sur place et une alternative d'une chambre à la place d'un logement avec cuisine et salon nous est proposé. Alors bien que nous avons fait fit la première fois d'un gros problème de chauffage , de personne qui débarque dans la cuisine par une porte fermée à clé qui mène à l'étage , d'invention en tout genre pour attirer l'empathie ( pièce de la chaudière cassée, hospitalisation et j'en passe) , cette fois ci nous écrivons notre mécontentement total et le manque de sérieux. Je ne sais pas combien de personne sont hébergées sous le même toit , des combles au garage mais une chose est certaine, c'est que ou le propriétaire n'est ou pas conscient de ce qui se passe ou il le sait et ça lui convient ! En tout cas manque de sérieux total si vous réservez, sachez à quoi vous attendre

tv werkte niet ; geen internet. Dampkap en oven kon je het vet afschrapen, wat een vuile, smerige boel, nog nooit meegemaakt . Prijs kwaliteit beneden alle peil en heel ouderwets interieur. lawaaihinder van buur zelfs midden in de nacht zo hoorbaar dat je er wakker van werd.

De locatie

Hygiene, bedden, de verwarming kon je zelf niet regelen, ze probeerden nadien geld af te troggelen voor de hondjes die we bij hadden terwijl het gratis was en zeiden dat we er meer bij hadden dan in werkelijkheid en ze zouden fotos genomen hebben van ons.
