Gemütliches Apartment in Zentrumslage

Ubicación perfecta. Muy tranquilo y sin ruidos. Aparcamiento fácil en la puerta. Muy cerca del centro, a sólo unos escasos minutos andando. Poco más de media hora andando hasta el Festspielhaus. Muy cómodo y luminoso. Camas confortables. Dos simpáticos gatos que venían a visitarnos de vez en cuando. Aire acondicionado en caso de hacer calor. Repetiríamos sin duda si volvemos a Bayreuth.

Por decir algo... No es ideal para personas muy altas por contar con techo abuhardillado en zona de dormir y cuarto de baño. El aire acondicionado de pared estaba estropeado, con lo que tienen una máquina portátil. Suficiente para enfriar el apartamento (nos hizo falta), pero poco eficiente y bastante ruidoso. Deberían arreglar el aire principal.

Very nice brand new apartment, the location was convenient for us, 15 minutes walk from the city centre and 5 minutes from a large supermarket. The landlord was very welcoming and helpful, they were flexible with our arrival and departure times and accommodated our luggage. The neighbours and landlord were very friendly with our children and let them play in the small garden all the time. The apartment is brand new, very well equipped, and very quiet. There is a portable AC which was very convenient as we stayed there during very warm weather. The only inconvenience was that there was still construction going on in another new apartment on the lower floor, some shared facilities were not finished, and there was some wood dust from the new furniture, but this was a minor issue for us. We would come back!
