Villa Jalak Canggu

The villa is secluded and private. The rooms are very spacious and it has everything you need. The staff were great and kindly allowed a late check out due to flight delays.

The only one thing (and outside the villas control) is that the villa sits next to a rice paddy and there are automated systems to scare birds and they make large bang noises from 7am and throughout the day.

Very spacious villa with a great location and facilities. Lovely rice paddy views from the balcony and huge comfy beds! Agung made the stay seamless, was so helpful and a genuinely lovely person!

Shower pressure could be improved

The villa was in a great location with an amazing view of the rice terraces of Canggu. We loved the cleanliness of the villa bedrooms and overall presentation, however there were a few areas which we could see need improvements. The pool in our first few days was quite dirty, and this did get sorted and cleaned however we thought it was still best to avoid as the pool wasn’t being routinely chlorinated and cleaned and drained ect. However the owner did give his apologies for the inconvenience and he was very sincere, which we appreciate and know it is difficult for some. Another thing we noticed was the shower pressure was quite low, so we struggled to have a proper shower each day. This wasn’t a huge issue as our trip was short, however just something to keep in mind. Overall I think the villa is amazing value for money, very cheap for what you get. There is a few things that can easily fixed which would allow the owner to excel and increase customer satisfaction but I can understand it may be early days. Thank you to the owner for being very accommodating and lovely towards us, and we wish the best.

Localisation ok, piscine, literie confortable, calme. Logement qui pourrait être vraiment bien avec de l'entretien et une conformité avec les photos.

Ménage superficiel et incomplet ( dessous des lits, intérieur des placards, toilettes ) rectifié à la demande. Logement pas assez entretenu, infiltrations, la clim coule , ventilation SDB très bruyante, manque d'équipements par rapport aux photos fauteuils près de la piscine, coussins. Manque de vaisselle. Accueil impersonnel, rapide. Logement au bout d'une impasse avec travaux difficilement accessible par les drivers.
