Modern Studio - WiFi, Parking, Near Basel & Airport - Portable AC, dishwasher, washing machine

The host provided clear instructions on how to enter the apartment. The studio is quiet hot and stuffy, but the host provided with movable air conditioning. There is washing machine in the studio. Facilities are good and clean.

The room is quite stuffy. I can use the movable air conditioning unit provided by the host, which is very considerate. But in order to use the air conditioning, you need to open the window to get the air duct out, but the windows are open to the passage way and it is the ground floor. So privacy is a concern.

Desk was convenient. Presence of washer/dryer was nice, eventhough I didn’t use it, and it was quite small. Street parking was easy. Host was responsive.

Walls seemed to be thin, but neighbors were quiet other than around dinner time. Towel drying rack on bathroom door is a little awkward. Towels and bed linens were a little rough compared to what I’m used to.

On a aimé l’emplacement, commerce à proximité même à pied, pas loin de Bâle. Beau couvert pour manger. Équipement sympa pour cuisiner. C’était assez calme même si on entendais ce qu’il se passer. Sympa pour regarder la télé et se poser.

Poussière dans les armoires, obligé de nettoyer avant de poser mes affaires. Salle de bain sale (calcaire, crasse, fond des toilettes..). Évier trop petit obliger de se laver à la baignoire. Sortie d’eau trop forte au niveau des lavabos. Lave vaisselle ainsi que machine à laver pas brancher, pas possibilité de trouver l’embout relieur prise suisse. Frigo éteint à l’arrivée alors odeur tout le séjour. Impossible d’éteindre le chauffage on a transpirée et dû dormir les fenêtres ouvertes malgré cela une chaleur étouffante. Oreiller dur. Une petite serviette ainsi qu’une grande pour deux personnes.
