Fantastic place! Beautiful location although difficult to find. Very clean and spacious. Very nice house and garden. Fantastic view.

Difficult to drive last stretch to the parking. Need experienced driver.

The highlight of this house is its breathtaking sea view and spectacular sunrise. The peaceful setting has a rare sense of serenity that makes it easy to slow down and enjoy the moment. Photos simply cannot capture how beautiful the view really is. The spacious deck is the perfect place for a morning coffee or a quiet evening under the stars. The house has authentic rustic charm, with beautiful wood and stone details that create a warm atmosphere. It is spacious, with two bedrooms and a large living area. The mountain tap water is drinkable, the kitchen and bathroom are well equipped, and the air conditioner keeps the main living area comfortable during hot summer days. Outside, a hammock between two trees is the perfect place to relax with a book. The friendly neighborhood cat occasionally stops by, and we appreciated the thoughtful water bowl left out for visiting animals. The mountain location offers cooler temperatures than the coast, while the clear, star-filled nights are unforgettable. Fakistra and Milopotamos beaches are only a short drive away, followed by a scenic walk down to the sea. Our favorite was Agii Saranta Beach, about 50 minutes away, with its long sandy shore and crystal-clear turquoise water reminiscent of Thailand. Overall, this was the perfect combination of peaceful mountain serenity and easy access to some of the most beautiful beaches in the area.

While we loved the house and enjoyed our stay, in our opinion it was **not worth the premium price** we paid. These issues should be addressed to justify the price: 1. Access to the house - an SUV is needed The house is about 80m from the road, reached via a dirt track with a very steep (~40°) climb, and a narrow access. You will need an SUV or excellent driving skills to get to the door. Driving up to the house was a bit of a nightmare each time. 2. Appliances/Bathroom - outdated and poorly functioning Most appliances are old and work poorly. The fridge barely cooled, causing us to throw away 2Kg of spoiled meat. The washing machine is extremely old, with a wire replacing the broken handle. The air conditioner cools poorly, the TV screen is damaged (the owner confirmed they are aware of it), and the shower leaks everywhere. The appliances are **well overdue** for replacement. 3. Bed - uncomfortable The mattress is old, has a stale smell, and is extremely firm. It left me with back pain for several nights. It should be replaced, and also fitted with a mattress topper. 4. Deck and pool - unusable and not as shown in the photos Unfortunately, this area is practically unusable. There is no shade over the deck, despite the photos showing shade sails, making it unbearably hot during the day. The pool is very small, very deep, and has no shallow area. The handmade wooden steps float and make getting in and out of the pool feel very unsafe!! The deck itself is weathered, with rotting boards in places. It looks nothing like the photos and is overdue for sanding and refinishing. 5. Internet - almost dial-up speed The house has DSL internet with only 10 Mbps down / 0.8 Mbps up, making conference calls impossible and remote work unrealistic. Mobile reception is also poor: about 15/2 Mbps inside and 40/6 Mbps on 5G outside by the pool deck. Without a sun shade, using the deck for calls in the summer heat is impossible.

The house and its garden were gorgeous with breathtaking views! It was comfortable and felt luxurious.

We couldn’t get the washing machine to work no matter what we tried. A curtain or a screen for the master bedroom would be nice to give some privacy as it faces the living room.
