The house is very nice, traditional and big enough for a large group (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 floors), fully equipped. It is located in a quite area, there is a very nice garden, perfect to stay in/have dinner there. The village (Tsagkarada) is 3 minutes by car. The host was very kind. Would love to revisit during winter.
The only minor drawback is that the house (as it is in the mountain and is not needed 95% of the time), doesn't have an aircondition. It happened that we visited in one of the worst heatwaves of the last years and in the night it was difficult to sleep. However, that was a special case; even in these conditions, it was the best place we could have been during these hot days.
