Everything about this stay was perfect. The house was cosy, very clean and super comfortable. We had everything we needed for a brilliant stay for our family of 4.
We walked every day down to the coast from the house and enjoyed listening to the birds and seeing the wildflowers.
It was a great position for exploring the island - a car is a must. Near plenty of traditional and excellent restaurants.
The cute cats were also a big hit - we shall miss them.
The owner was so helpful and friendly. He helped us feel at home.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig und in einer wirklich schönen Umgebung, ideal zum Abschalten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die traumhafte Aussicht, die den Aufenthalt nochmal deutlich aufwertet.
Nicolas war ein außergewöhnlich aufmerksamer und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Er hat sich sehr darum bemüht, dass wir uns wohlfühlen, und hat unseren Aufenthalt dadurch spürbar angenehmer gemacht.

Couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay in Kos! The villas are in a quiet area, surrounded by olive trees and greenery, but only a few minutes drive from the shops and restaurants, and very close to multiple beaches. The villa was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen also featured delicious honey and olive oil made by the owner! The views of the sea from the balcony and rooftop terrace were beautiful, and especially breathtaking at sunrise. Nicholas was an incredible host! He was super attentive, without ever being intrusive. He's always around, always ready to help or have a chat.

The setting was beautiful and calm overlooking the land and sea. The location is safe and perfect for everyone who wants to enjoy some tranquillity and privacy.
The house was clean and had all the amenities you could think of. Beds were really comfy. Rooms have AC. Beach towels and sleepers were provided.
Nicholas (the host) was so kind, helpful and welcoming. We really enjoyed chatting with him. We received some nice gifts from him ( olive oil, pomegranates, grapes, melon… all from his land). Thank you Nicholas.
