Amazing position with a stunning view on Arginonta

Usually when booking a hotel, I expect the photos to look a little better than the reality but Petra Boutique Hotel was actually even better in real life! Everything was wonderful, from the incredible view to the quality of the beds, linen and towels. The little welcome basket was such a lovely touch, there was always plenty of hot water with good pressure (sometimes islands have issues with water supply), everything in the room and complex was spotlessly clean, and communication with the owner was excellent.

If I had to find one small negative, it would be that the WiFi sometimes dropped in the main bedroom, but honestly it was a very minor thing.

Location was excellent. A little hilly but it was no problem. Staff were so lovely, nothing was a problem. They even brought fresh bread one day. Was lovely. Beds super comfortable, a lovely break.

No pool☹️ we didn't check the booking, it's our fault but booking showed pictures on our booking making it look like we had a pool. With 4 of stopping in the place, when clothes were washed, there was only a small clothes airer which looked broken. An airer in the property would have been good. Maybe a smart speaker or similar for music?
