About this house rental
The house is situated on a 1,700 m² lot, surrounded by pine, fig, olive, and almond trees. The view of the fishing port and the sea toward the island of Telendos is breathtaking. Melitsachas Beach is a 5- to 7-minute walk away, and two other beaches are also within walking distance.
On the first floor, the house has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and its own air conditioning, and one with two single beds, air conditioning, and a bathroom/toilet.
On the first floor, there is a small living room/bedroom with a double bed (mid-height) that is permanently set up, a kitchenette, and a bathroom/toilet. The terrace is very large and offers a superb view of the sea.
A maximum of 6 people can stay overnight. The first floor is accessible only via an outdoor staircase. Cleaning and bed linen changes are provided once a week and are included in the price. Free Wi-Fi is available.
Below the house, there are two “studios” with their own terraces. One of them (approximately 35 m²) can also be rented for 30–40.00 € per day. It can accommodate 2 additional guests. It consists of a bathroom/toilet and an air-conditioned bedroom.
The exterior of the house was partially renovated in 2016.

Excellent communication by host and family who lived locally and were quick to respond to queries. Bedrooms and bathrooms over two levels suited our group. The property was very clean with fresh towels supplied mid stay. Basic supplies were provided in kitchen - bottled water and cake kindly left for our arrival. Bathrooms both had good showers with toiletries supplied.Excellent sunset views over Telendos from large terrace. Property in quiet area. Host recommended Thomas the taxi driver 30 694 4337687 did harbour pick up/drop off

Wonderful, comfortable house to stay in. Bedrooms and bathrooms have what you need and the host kindly brought us swimming towels. The patio is perfect to relax on and watch the sunset. Having a ‘clean’ in the middle of our stay was very helpful. The host is very considerate and flexible and allowed us a later check out which really helped with our later flight. Ocean view is lovely at all times of the day. Stay here and you’ll love it!

The house was perfect for our friends. Had a wonderful patio for sitting watching the sunrise and sunset. The cake left by our host was delicious. Having Loucas meet us from the ferry with a taxi who took us straight to the house was so easy. AC is 2 bedrooms was very much appreciated. Towels and linen were excellent. After our flight was cancelled we had to quickly arrange to spend an extra night and everyone was very helpful and arranged it quickly for us which was appreciated. Great hosts and great house to stay in.

Words cannot explain how AMAZING experience I had in Greece , special with how Welcome Vlasios kappos and his Father host us . His father is the most sweet and kind Human being I have ever met . I supper recomendes this House . Beautiful , Great location and the View is to die for it . I want to thank you Vlasios and Loukas for the amazing hospitality. ευχαριστώ
