L'appartement est très bien situé près de la marina et du port du Pirée. Beaucoup de magasins et tavernes à proximité. L'entrée se fait de façon autonome avec des instructions faciles à suivre. Il est très propre avec une belle terrasse et un living avec beaucoup de charme.
La salle de bain date un peu mais est propre et reste fonctionnelle. Il manque juste un système pour accrocher le pommeau de douche.
