Customer service was best ever! Location is great. Lots of room in the apartment.
Kitchen configuration not ideal for cooking and cleanup. Ok for microwave. For longer stays, no place to store clothes other than closet.

Huge room (I received a free upgrade) and large balcony with plenty of natural lighting. Wifi was strong and amazing, and received two bottles of wine which I enjoyed.
The shower could've been cleaned better, ideally with bleach to remove the orange mildew stains around the edges. That and the kitchen utensils were my only complaint.
