The property is pretty new and well maintained .
Many good places to eat and shop.
The property is far away from Metro.
Some issue while opening the Door.
No lifts.

The interior was very nice and it was comfortable even though it was small.
The pappou from across the balcony was great 😁
It is in a nice area, close by the harbor with a lot of nice restaurants.
There is parking, although it is on the street, we did manage to find a spot close by.
The iron and iron board, very nice.
Also the kitchen was nice and the fridge was nice and big.
It has a washing machine and an oven.
It was properly cleaned when we got there.
Also the linnen and towels we’re in perfect condition.
We loved the fancy radio.
The information to get in the apartment was good.
Even though it is nice designed, there were a few important things missing for it to be a good Air Bnb.
There were no extra towels, (we were with 5 and every person had 1smal and 1big for the trip of 6days) witch is ok, if there would be enough laundry detergent and a drying rack. Witch we’re lacking.
Also no extra pillows or sheets.
Another thing is, there was nothing to clean.. not even a broom or mop.
Witch is in my opinion very bad. Especially if there is no In between cleaning service. I mean, the place can get very messy after 6 days with 5 people.
Not enough trash bags.
A shower head would be awesome.
And a extra mirror maybe in the master bedroom instead of the giant tv.
The communication was okay, but could be a little better. Especially for the parking. We we’re lucky, but it would be nice to have a guide or advice to where to park the car. We felt a little bit thrown in to the deep.
Some extra paper towels in the kitchen maybe. And tissues.
These are just things that could make the apartment a gem 💎.
