Bardzo wygodna lokalizacja, szczególnie przed lotem — do lotniska można dojść pieszo w około 10–15 minut. Warto tylko pamiętać, że po drodze miejscami brakuje chodnika, więc z bagażem trzeba iść ostrożnie. Na jedną noc przed wylotem jest w porządku, w mieszkaniu jest wszystko, co potrzebne: kuchnia, talerze i podstawowe wyposażenie.
W mieszkaniu było czuć wilgoć, miejscami zapach przypominał pleśń. Ogólnie wszystko jest dostępne i funkcjonalne, ale część rzeczy wygląda już na dość zużytą i wymaga odświeżenia.
