Get away from the stress

The location with free parking. The room had everything we needed and was very clean. . Right on the seafront. 1 minute walk. Highly recommend this establishment.

Very disappointing and not what we had paid for.

Clean and convenient location.

We were misled when we booked the property as it clearly stated that it had a terrace with sea views. This is not the case as there is no terrace but only a dismal shared outside corridor facing the back and overlooking the car park with a very small table and chairs, Also the bed was rather small and uncomfortable and the only view from the bedroom window was a row of air conditioning units.

Looking forward to come back

We had a wonderful stay here! The apartment is clean, spacious, and has a stunning sea view. It’s located right on the pedestrian street, and we didn’t realize it was so close to the seaside — a very pleasant surprise. The kitchen is well equipped, and everything you need is within walking distance. Despite being in the heart of the pedonale, the windows are noise-proof, so it’s perfectly quiet inside. Milica is a fantastic host — kind, communicative, and very accommodating. We requested an early check-in, and she kindly arranged for us to arrive at 11. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Excelent for family

We stayed at SM Beach Residence in Petrovac from June 7th to 20th and rented 3 apartments. Everything was amazing! The location is perfect — right on the beach with beautiful sea views. The apartments were very clean and well-equipped. What pleasantly surprised us: towels were changed every 3 days, and even bed linen was refreshed during our stay. The soundproof windows are excellent — with closed windows you don't hear anything from the street, which is great for sleeping. The small kitchen has everything you need. There’s a convenient place downstairs to store beach items, and we loved how easy it was to go back and forth with kids. Private parking next to the building was a big plus, as parking in the city is difficult. The staff was always available and helpful. Milica is a very kind and responsive host. We truly enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to friends and family. Thank you!

Das Aufenthalt haben wir genossen.

Die Lage war direkt am Meer. Das Anwesen war sauber und für Einzimmer-Apartment gemütlich. Alle zwei Tage und nach Anfrage wurden frische Tücher gebracht. Das Abwickeln der Anmeldung bei zuständigen Behörden ging innerhalb weniger Minuten. Alles in allem sind wir zufrieden geblieben.

Das Verständigen mit Reinigungskraft war sehr kompliziert. Die Frau konnte leider kein Englisch. Zur Entspannung am Abend haben wir uns die Fernsehprogrammen in deutscher Sprache gewünscht, solche waren leider nicht verfügbar.

Días de playas en Petrovac

Ubicación perfecta, amplio, nuevo. limpio, bonito y con parking propio muy importante, en el mismo paseo marítimo , un lujazo. Tiene la playa delante a 20 metros. también puedes ir caminando unos 16 min y encontrarás la playa de Lučice y en 8min en coche la espectacular y muy recomendable playa de Buljarica .

Super lokalizacja. Do plaży 3 kroki. Bardzo miła obsługa, dobry i szybki kontakt w języku angielskim. Plus za parking. Super punkty za wymianę ręczników w czasie pobytu. Apartament duży i przestronny dwie łazienki i dwa klimatyzatory 😀 Bardzo chętnie jeszcze wrócę.
