Staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has great selection and is delicious, the 10% discount is the cherry on top! The location is great and provides a great view, and the room is very tidy and spacious. Would have stayed longer if we could.

The rooms are big and well equipped but need somewhere need renovation. There was an unpleasant smell from the kitchen’s restaurant on the ground floor.

Cannot praise enough the quiet familiarity and pleasantness of the staff from check in till check out. We have a little kid so ended up taking most of our meals in our room but the staff were very courteous in delivering it every time with a smile. We arrived not knowing that it was bank holiday for our first two days with all supermarkets closed but Vladan ( who we fell in love with ) was very kind to bring bananas for our daughter from the far city early morning on day 2. Also we must praise the food at Kenobo Orada (a restaurant owned by the property and just downstairs). We were even served complimentary drinks with our check out as well as allowed a late check out as our next check in at Kotor was some time off. Lastly blazo (our appointed driver by the property) was very patient with our kids tantrums and lovingly drove us from the airport to Petrovac and then from Petrovac to Kotor. If we come back we are staying here again!

the apartments are nice but the location is awesome the restaurant downstairs is great (it’s a good seafood restaurant but for some reason they call everything pizzaria) and we were made feel right at home.

Beautiful little town in the magic bay with perfect views and walks. Hosting company very kind and helpfull. Lovely food and drinks reminding me my childhood. Perfect fish dishes in restaurant 'Konoba Orada', well done guys.

Really good location above the restaurants! Staff were lovely and check in/ check out were really easy. We were offered a late check out as it wasn’t booked the next night.

The kitchen was quite small, alright for making breakfast etc but probably not suitable is cooking for a large group.

Exceptional host - very attentive, excellent communication, very friendly to us including our toddlers, went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great stay Amazing property location - Perfect location right by the seafront with great view from the room windows Well equipped apartment - Very spacious apartment with all the facilities you could require including washing machine etc Perfect location - Plenty of things to do from beautiful walks, really nice restaurants literally on your doorstep, great beach, boat tours. Great food - We tried many restaurants on the seafront and we kept coming back to the restaurant below the apartment itself. Really tasty food, excellent waiters and very good value for money.

Location was great, the host was very nice i appreciate her texting us before arriving, they even helped us parked near. In the room’s there were no air condition but it was fine. A 10%discount was offered at the below restaurant and we were notified right away.

At evening you could smell the fried fish from first floor. However there is no parking on the place and even though the host was really nice they helped us to, we moved for the evening and we were not able to found a close parking when coming back. We had to found a parking with payment c. 15-20 minuets.

Najlepsza lokalizacja z możliwych. Urocza miejscowość. Przepiękny widok z okna. Bardzo pomocny personel. Apartament czysty, bylo wszystko co niezbędne. Restauracja na pierwszym piętrze serwuje bardzo dobre ryby.
