Great little stop on the Adriatic coast

Fantastic location with a beautiful view on the two incredible islands opposite (make sure you get the view !!). My host Stephan was extremely friendly and helpful at arranging my last minute stay

Amazing family vacation!

The most amazing location. We were traveling with 3 year old and the beach was not even 1min walk (no street to cross- another plus). AC was working and we were getting clean towels at request. Great thing was also that parking was available and secured (gated parking lot).

Club that was open till 1am is basically sharing the backyard with the apartment so you can hear the music and people talking. My sister was in the apartment on the 1st floor and she could hear everything and I was with the family on the second floor and I couldn't hear anything so I guess it depends on the floor too.

The location is amazing. Just a few steps from the beach.

The owner was very unfriendly. She called me after I made the reservation to tell me to cancel the non-refundable booking because they currently didn't have parking or a crib, even though it was stated that they were available on the premises. I refused, and we parked outside the location. Afterwards, I noticed that parking became available, but nobody informed us about it. The furniture was old, but we didn't expect much for that price. There is loud music coming from a nearby café, although it didn't bother us.

Great value in off season

As we were at the property in off season and the only occupants, we were able to choose the apartment with the best view and with an excellent price. Also the terrace of the bar underneath was shut, so it was very quiet. The beach is right next to the premises.

Bathroom : window to ventilate the room. Kitchen: vetroceramic cooktop, dishes and cutlery. Room: it is spacious large bed, large closet for clothes,balcony with shade, safety light in case the power is interrupted (it really happened and it was useful); air conditioning. The host helped us with the electronic registration of the presence and thus we managed to make the programming for the PCR test.

Access is from Nika Andusa Street to the Riva Hotel. Parking: about 9-10 cars, difficult access because of the narrow street and parked cars. Maybe will be a good ideea to remove the gate and entrance walls to make the larger acces zone. Bathroom: the fan does not work, there is no soap, bad smell - the floor drain must be filled with water to prevent the smell from reaching the room, the hair dryer is dirty, the shower doors are difficult to open, one light bulb doesn't work. The water heater is powered from a button next to lighting buttons but it's not marked ; it should be marked. Kitchen: no dishwashing detergent Room: large bed but squeaking at any movement, on TV there are only channels in the local language, TV and receiver mounted crookedly There should be a water source outside where you can clean the sand from the beach. All in all, it's not bad, but if the small problems were fixed, this room would be well worth the money (approx. 58 Euro / night).

The lady that gaves our keys was extra nice and reasonable , we were there for the SeaDance festival and we were a bit too loud , and after all that horrible behaviour she was super nice , so were the landlords

Izuzetno čist smeštaj nadomak mora, sa kvalitetnim doručkom i divnim osobljem.

Doručak je bio fenomenalan. Lokacija perfektna, u prvom redu do mora. Čistoća je bila na izuzetnom nivou.

Apartman je pre za dve nego za tri odrasle osobe, budući da pomoćni ležaj nije toliko udoban.
