Wonderful, friendly host Jadranka, perfect location, very clean accommodation. Other guests were nice and friendly too. We came for 1 day only but they accepted to host us and provided a brand new perfect crib for our baby with new pillow and sheets. They prepared the apartment and let us check In many hours before the scheduled check in time. Also, air condition worked very well and seemed to be quite new.

Room with THE view

The view!! It was awesome! I loved waking up to a sound of the sea and looking it all the time. The apartment was clean, it had everything necessary to stay some days there and the location is great. Around it they were many cafes and stores. It was in the center of all. I would recommend for sure as it’s really nice. Also, many thanks to Jadranka, the lady of the house, she was really helpful and nice with the information provided and being there for anything I needed.

Personal is good,clean but small and claustrophobic rooms without a/c in the rooms, only in the kitchen! That means

Apartment location was on 4th floor walk up, we felt been cheated, we couldn’t have our money back that was the reason why we stayed! On the room description wasn’t info that room was on 4th floor.. my friend couldn’t enjoy going to the beach! I do not recommend this place for older or ppl with any kind of health condition!

Owners didn't fix extremely bad smell in the bathroom. Beeing there sometimes is impossible! Bathroom very small. Water spilling from shower tub. There is no place to put anything, like a small case with makeup. There is no place to hang towels on the wall. There is a mould in the kitchen wall.

Great location - just 100 meters from the beach. It's good to spend one or two nights, but may be not so comfortable for long stay. Price/Qulity rate is very good for Petrovac, for summer time

The furniture wasn't like at the photos. You see photos with the wooden floor and modern bed. The bed was the worse. Really soft and old squeaky mattress. It wasn't possible to move or breathe without making a noise. The bathroom very small and the showers curtains old and really dirty. The air conditioner didn't work because of the remote controller was defect. After the repair still no change. We were lucky that the temperature was under 30 degrees and we managed without it. The electrical capacity of the network was challenged when we turned on the cattle, the stove and the air conditioner - short circuit happened. Thu bulb in the lamp by the bed was not working either. We just saw the house lady Jadranka and the cleaning lady, although the owner was communicating with us. The entrance is not marked, we asked at the store on the main street where is the apartment. The internet connection is really poor so we bought extra Mobile Data on our phone. The doors are really light so we heard everything happening in the hallways, people talking and coming in and out. If you have light sleep it is really a no go for you. The music in the evening is going on till 1pm and is really loud. If you think you fall asleep finally the garbage collection in the early morning hours between 4 and 5 wakes you up.

Place with beautiful view and good location

Location is great. It's really hard find something closer to the beach. Infrastructure is literally around you (cafes, restaurants, Voli supermarket, pier, etc.). There is a common balcony, so you can drink tea or coffee with view on the bay. Friendly price

Entrance isn't easy find to. There was one window only with look on the beach in my apartments

Lovely apartment in a perfect location

The apartment is in the perfect location, right on the main beach front in the beautiful town of Petrovac. The view from the room is wonderful, looking out across the beach front and the sea. The room was very practical and had everything you would need for a short stay. The host was also lovely and provided any help when needed. I would recommend the apartment to everyone!

The location is superb. Very close to the promenade, a lot of tasty restaurants nearby. We loved how close the apartment is to the parking lot and the stairs up to it was convenient to use with the baby stroller. There is also a big supermarket in 3 mins walk so you can buy everything there if you want to save money.

We were not met by the host. We easily found the apartment but there was nobody there. The phone listed on the booking was not registered on any of messengers and we could not reach the host as we had bought only internet package as the majority of tourists does. We waited for an hour for the host at the restaurant running back and forth. Booking.com support also could not reach them. We were with 2 small kids and were really stressed. When I finally spotted the host, she could not speak any English. No apology or explanation was provided, obviously. The baby crib was not prepared though confirmed via booking - and she refused to put it at first as we stayed for 1 night only (at least that what I could understand in Serbian). The apartment itself is dusty and poorly cleaned. The furnishing is very old and there are a lot of dead flies in the drapes.

Die Lage ist super, Preis (hat auch eine Schattenseite) und Sauberkeit passen auch. Ansprechpartner vor Ort sehr nett.

Bett sehr hart (Rückenschmerzen und keine erholsamen Nächte). Eingangstür zum Haus stand immer offen (Appartmenttüren sind nicht wirklich sicher und Unbefugte können somit jederzeit Zugang haben. Tür sollte zu sein). Bad ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wir wurden von einem sehr unangenehmen Geruch begrüßt (das war das schlimmste). Dieser war jeden Abend und morgen vorhanden (Abfluss oder ggf. Undichtes / nicht richtig abgedichtetes Rohr am Klo). Es war ekelhaft und vielleicht lag es nur an unserem Zimmer. Problem wurde auch nicht wirklich verstanden. Klimaanlage ist in der Küche.
