Everything was perfect!

Wonderful apartment in a perfect place. A beautiful terrace shaded by vines and overlooking the sea. I already miss it. Everything is clean and cozy. The apartment has everything you need to cook. The location is excellent. Two shops are 5-10 minutes away. The market is right at the bottom of a gentle slope. The city beach is a 15-minute walk away. Another beach, Luchica, is a 30-minute walk away, and our favorite beach, Perazica Do, is also 30 minutes away, but the road there is so beautiful that with stops for photos, it takes longer :). The administrator, Antonetta, is very friendly and caring, always ready to help. The owner is also very welcoming, always available for any questions.

Great value for the cost

Great location, spacious and great view. You have all you need. There is a supermarket and bakery nearby, and the beach and promenade is just a 5 minute walk.

We came by car, so we had to pay to park at the nearby parkinglot. Thankfully we could pay for the whole week instead of paying by the hour.

A very nice, clean place for short stays. Walking distance to the beach and city center. The person who met us was very friendly and nice, she gave lots of recommendations 😊 a good place to stay, the balcony was nice. Just have a mosquitoe srpay before going to bed

Quiet place.

No automatic registration in Montenegro. Have to know about it and do it myself in the nearest tourist center. The place is located on the hill.

Superb

Location very good: shops, market, local bus station (to Budva) very close (bakery, small shop with vegetables, fruits, pharmacy, doctor in 100meters), 2 supermarkets cca 500meters, central beach, port, promenade 5min walk, Luceci beach (we liked better) 15mins walk. Apartment: daily cleaning, filling up, making the beds, towels whenever needed, owner, staff very kind! Bonus: owner runs restaurant at Luceci beach, you get there free sunbeds, umbrella in the garden, just 30meters from water. Perfect with children.

Parking on the street, mostly full. Parking in the central parking place for 49eur per week acceptable.

Nice apartment in a quite area

Apartment is spacious, very clean and has everything you need for the comfortable stay (for 5 adult persons). Location is good. It takes only 5-10 minutes to go to the beach and seaside restaurants. There is bakery and supermarket close to the apartment.

the first photo is misleading : there are only a few appartments with the view, from ours we couldnt see the sea. still, its nice (olive trees instead).

Nice and comfortable apartments with sea view. Well equipped and cleaned. Very frindly hosts - interested if everything is fine and helping whenever there is a need. Petrovac is very good base for all trips attractions available in Montenegro. Bakery 100 m from apartment/ main promenade 300 m from apartment/ Voli market 250 m from apartment. Strongly recommend to visit Petrovac and stay in Minja Nerin apartments.

there was sometimes poor access to free parking place nearby- but during 11 day stay it was just 2 times that we had to park like 300 m from our place. Of course there are available parking places with security for extra fee.

Very good

Convenient location, 5 min walk to the beach (however I truly recommend nearby Luchica Beach instead), 4 min to local farmers' market or Voli supermarket. Free parking on the street. We had spacious apartment no 4 with big terrace and sea view. A bit raw decorated but everything we needed was in place. We stayed there for 4 days and that was a really good choice (value for the money). I definitely recommend it.

Lovely stay. Need to be back

it is block of apartments managed by family members. Gentlemen arranged logistics from/to airport is best possible way. Fairy-godmother Atoneta was very supportive in housekeeping . The premise is surrounded by thick green . it features quietness as well as favourable proximity to beach, supermarket , bakery and farmer’s market.

Very nice stay in Petrovac.

Location was excellent. The staff were amazing and so helpful with everything. The appartment is close to pharmacy, bakery, fast food, restaurant and local market. Appartments are very modern and have good kitchens for cooking.

Great place, beautiful balcony, comfy room

The place was super nice. We got lost and could not find the apartment (!NOTE!: google maps address DOES NOT take you to the right place, USE THE GPS COORDINATES ). We called the host and he came and picked us up by car. He was super nice and we really appreciated this gesture.

I recommend it

in october this place is silent and cosy) Dejo (owner) is very welcome man. we stayed longer than it was planned and got a discount from the owner. studio is well equipped and clean (bathroom is big, kitchen has the hole stuff for cooking and having pleasant breakfasts and dinners). the balcony is green and sweet to relax. air conditioner helped us in cold rainy days. the place is close to the main beach and the road to Perazića Do beach.

light in the room is not enough (may be change lamps) for reading or cooking or doing something in the evening. the balcony door locker was broken (so the balcony door was always opened).

Blizu je plaze i prodavnica. Domaćica kuce je bila bas prijatna i usluzna.

Nije imao sto za rucavanje unutra, nego smo morali da obroke imamo za stolom za terasi. S obzirom na cenu to je trebalo da bude uključeno, klima je prestala da radi zadnja dva dana.

Die Lage war super und der große Balkon hat uns sehr gut gefallen. In der Küche gab es viel Geschirr sowie Pfannen und Töpfe.

Es war sehr schwer das Apartment zu finden. Zudem war die Beleuchtung nachts etwas dürftig.

Szkoda W tak krótko byliśmy w tym cudownym miejscu!

Cudowna właścicielka! Przestronny apartament, w nim wszystko co niezbędne. Dużo przestrzeni do przechowywania, kuchnia w pełni wyposażona.

Wszystko mi się podobało. Nawet jak czegoś n brakowało, to za chwilę była szybka reakcja właścicielki i już to mieliśmy. Komunikacja i empatia na najwyższym poziomie! Polecam z całego serca!

Apartman sa pogledom na more i porodica sa decom

Odseli smo u apartmanu sa troje dece, od koje jedno je beba, tako da su nam bili bitni uslovi, komfor i higijena. Aparman nam se veoma dopao, ima zaista sve što je bilo potrebno uključujući i veš mašinu što nam je jako značilo, kuhinja je izuzetno opremljena, kreveti udobni, kupatilo čisto. Terasa je zaista najbolji deo, sa fenomenalnim pogledom. Osoblje je zaista ljubazno i tu su za svaku pomoć. Već planiramo da se ponovo vratimo!

Apartman je zaista super, ali ako treba da napomenem i nešto što bi valjalo poboljšati onda to može biti osvetljenje, tj sijalice, jer su dosta bile mračne.

Izuzetno lak i brz dogovor, Smestaj odlican, kao i lokacija. Sve pohvale za domacina a posebno za gospodjicu Antoanetu, devojka je izuzetno fina, kulturna, ljubazna i srdacna i pomogla nam je dosta tokom boravka u Petrovcu. Apartman u kom smo odseli je cist, komforan, sadrzi sve sto je potrebno da bi boravak bio ugodan, u mirnom i tihom delu Petrovca, sa terasom sa pogledom na more. Boravio sam prvi put u tom delu Crne Gore sa drustvom i izuzetno sam zadovoljan i mogu reci da mi je ovo jedno od najboljih iskustava koje sam imao do sada. Siguran sam da cu se opet vratiti na isto mesto i uzivati kao i tokom ovog odmora. Sve preporuke od srca :)
