Brigitte met us at the place to present the features, which was very welcome. Great location near market and historic sites. The bathroom is newly installed and beautiful. She provided everything we might need in kitchen and bath, even a phone adapter, as I had left mine at our last place. Very spacious living/kitchen/ dining room, also spacious bedroom and bath. Soundproof windows. Street parking 30m away, just not on Sat a.m. as the market occupies the space.
The 2 spiral wood staircases are tight to maneuver, perhaps not possible for some guests - and 2 steps need urgent maintenance. It is a 2 story unit.
