Nice, new, clean, great hosts, small drawback - location (but definitelly not a deal-breaker).

Brand new, think it’s built like 2 years ago. Everything “on button”, internet great, smart TV (good to play cartoons from YT to kids😊). Full basket of breakfast needs (honey, jelly, tost, cakes…), re-filled after cleaning! Super clean, nice spacious courtyard in front (again great for kids). Super, and I mean super nice host Anthi - she was there for all we needed, smiling and really nice, big hug for her and again thanks for thoughtful gifts!😊

The only down side is the location, but in a sense that the place itself consists only of summer rental housing - there is virtually nothing else. But that kinda stops bothering you soon enough when you see how place is really great. Basic assumption is that you will come with a car, so you don’t care. Nea Moudania is like 10’ by car and there you can find anything you need. Anthi recommended us some beaches and we really liked the closest one (some 10km on the north-eastern side of Kassandra). Place has own sunbeds with truly gigantic umbrellas but beach is not very small children friendly.

They gave us some good recommendations about places to eat. The near by seafront fish restaurant is really good. We will visit again for sure.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly kind and responded very quickly to all our questions. They kindly allowed us an early check-in, which made our arrival so much easier. The location is perfect (just a 2-minute walk to the sea). There are also free sunbeds they offer if you want to use theirs. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, and the fresh apricots from their garden were a lovely, thoughtful touch. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

Perfect

Brand new and modern apartment. The photos on the website are accurate to the reality. All the necessities are available for comfortable living. Furniture, utensils are of great quality. The kitchen has microwave oven, coffee machine, electric stove, kettle, grill. The washing machine can be found in bathroom as well. The cleaning process took place every three days. Terrace and common area for leisure are present. The beach includes huge umbrellas and neat sun beds. In addition, the beach is close to the apartment. The host is very attentive. You can ask him whatever you want. Also, he will gladly explain where to find nice restaurants and other places to visit. When we departed from our apartment, the host surprised us with an extremely pleasant present: a bottle of white wine and some Greek snacks. We had a great time and would love to come back here again.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect, the house is very clean and modern,everything being new. The kitchen is very well equipped with lots of appliances . It is close to the private beach where you have some very comfortable sunbeds and a huge umbrella. The hosts are really nice and helpful.

Un sejur excelent

Un loc primitor, condiții excelente ca acasă,iar gazdele pe cât de discrete,pe atât de binevoitoare,gata oricând să ne fie de ajutor. Nu putem decât să le multumim si sa ii recomandam tuturor celor care vor să aleagă aceasta zona a Greciei.

Если хотите уединение, тихий и спокойный отдых в комфортабельных условиях, то это 100% попадание.

Из плюсов - очень современный интерьер дома, очень чисто и уютно. Кухня снабжена всем необходимым. Каждые 3 дня проводится уборка со сменой белья. Есть стиральная машина и порошок и кондиционер. Удобная терраса, находящаяся постоянно в тени. На пляже собственные мягкие шезлонги с большими зонтами. Очень удобно, когда решаешь провести день никуда не выезжая. Lidl в 5 минутах езды. Очень приятный хозяин, который был всегда на связи, делился рекомендациями пляжей и рабочими часами местного рынка (работает по средам). При выезде, комплимент от хозяина - бутылка вина - было очень приятно :)

К сожалению, на семью из 4ых взрослых, апартаменты слишком тесные, идеально для семьи с маленькими детьми. На первом этаже нет шкафа, только 2 маленькие тумбочки. Кондиционер охлаждал первый этаж очень быстро, а второй нет, из-за этого на первом этаже было холодно. Локация очень тихая, для спокойного отдыха. До ближайшего поселка 10-15 минут пешком. Пляж каменистый, вход вводу не удобный. Мы ездили на другие пляжи. Рекомендуем пляж Ammolofos Seaside в 15 минутах езды на машине.

Все необхідним обладнаний будинок , два телевізора ,холодильник, кондиціонер , на міні кухні є тарілки , каструлі, сковорідки , дощечки , чайник, холодильник , посудомийна машина , кавова машина , пральна машина та сушильна . Приємним бонусом було на платі безкоштовні від власників шезлонги та зонтики . Привітні власники .
