L’appartement et les prestations correspondent à la description Booking.
Travaux dans l'appartement mitoyen et les résidences juste en face . UNE SEMAINE de bruits de marteaux, disqueuses ,perceuses ,meuleuses de 7h30 à 17h ..Nous en avons fait les frais toute la semaine ,sauf le dimanche.
SI VOUS RECHERCHE LE CALME ....A EVITER ...et cela pour un certain temps, car ça risque de durer ...
La demande d’une petite "compensation" ou d’un geste "commercial " nous a été refusée sous prétexte que le propriétaire n’est pas tenu responsable ....

La proximité de l’aéroport ainsi que l’accueil de Corine. Le balcon est vaste avec une belle vue sur la marina. L’appartement est très bien situé pour visiter la Guadeloupe.

Die große Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Waschmaschine. Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen.
Man muss beachten, dass es von der Anlage trotz der Nähe keinen direkten Zugang zur Marina gibt, das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Im Bereich der Marina gibt es viele nette Restaurants. Uns war die Nähe zur Marina wichtig, da wir danach zum Segeln gegangen sind.
Leider kam die Information zum Türcode nicht über Booking.com, sondern über eine WhatsApp eines unbekannten Absenders, so dass ich diese nicht beachtet habe. So standen wir nachts vor verschlossener Tür und konnten auch niemanden erreichen. Wir haben die erste Nacht also in einem Hotel in der Nähe verbracht und dann erst Kontakt zum Inhaber des Türcodes herstellen können. Man versprach uns zwar, die erste Nacht zu erstatten, dies ist aber nicht erfolgt. In einer Zeit, in der laufend Fake-Nachrichten per Telefon und Whatsapp kommen, sollte die Kommunikation ausschließlich über Booking.com laufen, dann wäre das nicht passiert.
In der Anlage wurde renoviert, so dass es tagsüber sehr laut war (Bohrmaschine in der Nachbarwohnung und Dachdecken im Nachbarhaus).

A nice clean property as advertised with a warm welcome.
The whole time of our stay the apartment beside us and above having maintenance carried out. Drilling and grinding from 7.15am every morning apart from weekends. Painters making mess that ended up on our balcony. Could not leave our washing out to dry. Drilling and grinding constant. Would not recommend for a quiet and relaxing stay. We had to go out early and come back late. Not ideal.
