Appartement très bien, propre, agréable et parfaitement entretenu. Rien à redire, tout était vraiment très bien.
Le seul point négatif concerne le wifi, qui fonctionne très mal avec un débit très faible. Lors de déplacements professionnels, cela peut être pénalisant.

On est restés 3 semaines avec ma copine, cela était parfait. Nicolas a envoyé des explications clair pour accéder au logement, les meilleurs explications que j'avais eu dans le passé. L'appartement est propre, très confortable, on a tout le nécessaire. La belle plage de Saint Anne est à 30 minutes en voiture, la plage de Gosier ( et Ile de Gosier) à 8 minutes en voiture.
Nicolas était très réactive quand on avait des questions. Je retournerai avec grand plaisir pour mon prochain voyage en Guadeloupe.
il y a le problème avec l'eau en Guadeloupe, et dans l'appartement il y a 2 grands reservoirs. Pendant notre séjour ils coupaient l'eau 1 jour sur 2 ( donc 1 jours vous avez l'eau, le lendemain non) , donc à 2 personnes le réservoir était suffisant ( même en prenant douche 2-3 fois par jour par personne) , a 4 il faudra faire plus attention à la consommation d'eau

La maison est au calme et à quelques minutes à pieds des commerces de premières nécessitées, et d'une pharmacie.
En fait, tout est pratiquement au même endroit dans le secteur de la Marina.
Un supermarché est également disponible à quelques kilomètres.
Les équipements correspondent à la description. La machine à café s'est cassée le lendemain de notre arrivée mais le propriétaire nous a livré une machine neuve dans la journée !
Volets roulants aux fenêtres, clims silencieuses, WiFi et TV impeccables.
La place de parking est appréciable !
La petite plage de Bas du Fort est sympa sinon la plage de Sainte-Anne est bien.

This is one of the few places that actually are better and bigger than looks in the pictures. We were pleasantly surprised, and and the balcony is one of the best features, wide enough to actually have a table there and long enough to have space for the table and put your laundry out to dry. Views are amazing!
