About this apartment rental
This modern apartment of 75m2 located in a private estate with garage can accommodate 4 people, because equipped with 2 double rooms with air conditioning. A large living room with sea views and a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine. Close to white sand beaches, bars, restaurants and shops on foot or by car.

The apartment is completely new, equipped and spacious. All comfort, you will find a TV with cable channels and wifi of course.
Both bedrooms have very good quality bedding, walk-in closets and air conditioning.
The first bedroom has a double bed 160x200 and the second of two single beds can be formed forming a 160x200 also.
In the kitchen you will have everything you need to cook. (hotplate, fridge, oven, microwave oven and a whole set of ustenciles ...)
The bathroom is modern with a nice and large walk-in shower.
You will be in the best conditions because 1min walk from the marina (main area of activities on the island, restaurants, excursions, bars, cans ..), 10 minutes drive from the sublime beach of Gosier "La Datcha "Facing Ilet du Gosier (beautiful spot with bars feet in the sand) and about 15 minutes drive from the airport.
Everything is available for an ideal stay.
During the day, you can visit the idyllic places of the Grande-Terre, everything is there.
You will be close to the beautiful white sand beaches and craft markets that our beautiful island offers. (5-10 minutes by car)
For adventurers and rainforest enthusiasts of hot baths and rivers, you are about 1 hour from the volcano of La Soufrière, with its essential hikes on the Basse-Terre.
Access to travelers
It is possible that I pick you up at the airport but I strongly advise you to have a rental car to visit the island serenely.
A location will be sent to you but if you do not use Waze GPS or Google, we can provide you with a specific plan to drive you from the airport to our sublime apartment.
During your stay I remain available almost 24h / 24 on WhatsApp.

L' appartement est tout à fait conforme aux photos du site; moderne, propre et bien pourvu pour ceux et celles qui, comme nous, aiment cuisiner. Il était très agréable de prendre l'apéro sur la terrasse avec sa magnifique vue. Les chambres sont bien aménagées, climatisées et les matelas des deux chambres sont de qualité exceptionnelle.
Cet appartement est localisé sur un morne, ce qui permet une très bonne ventilation, nous avons apprécié ne pas avoir à utiliser la climatisation toute la journée. Il était aussi très pratique d'être située près de la Marina pour le choix des restaurants et la proximité de l'épicerie et des boulangeries. L'accessibilité aux routes nationales (toutes directions) était aussi un atout car nous aimons nous déplacer dans l'île.
Nous avons été accueillies par la sympathique Stéphanie qui a répondu avec diligence à nos souhaits concernant le linge de maison supplémentaire dont nous avions besoin.
Nicolas, pour sa part, était toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nous donner satisfaction. C'est un hôte courtois et très à l'écoute de ses clients.
Nous recommandons donc, cet hôte sans restriction et vous souhaitons un séjour aussi agréable que le nôtre.

Logement fonctionnel et hyper agréable. Situé sur les hauteurs de La Marina du gosier. L'agencement permet à l'air de bien circuler quand on ouvre les portes au petit matin (moment super agréable car on savoure l'air marin. Sur le balcon une superbe vue sur la marina, mais surtout très tôt matin quand il y a peu de nuages on peut distinguer nettement les montagnes de la basse terre ; juste magnifique !)
Merci à Nicolas pour sa réactivité lors des échanges par mail et une mention spéciale à l'accueil sur l'île.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
