Everything was fine during our stay. 2-3 days with children are comfortable.
The apartment was clean, very fresh towels and bed linen. Location is super, 10 minutes walking to the beach. Quiet street, hot water is fine. Very friendly owner of the apartment. A lot of kitchenware, good washing machine.
For me it values it's money, but it will be better if some sponges and kitchen rags were fresh, not used. Some cups and pots were not washed. But it was not critical, because dishwashing machine is cleaning perfectly.
