Nice owner, but the place was not clean, full of old private junk and scented candles etc to cover up the bad air quality - damp and hot. There are only three real beds. The fold out bed in the living room was useless. Note that bed sheets cost extra 5 € /person.

Ottimo prezzo e location ma con qualche perplessità
La posizione dell'immobile è ottimale, vicino alla stazione e al centro storico. Complessivamente gli spazi dell'alloggio sono ben distribuito tra una zona giorno d'ingresso e la zona notte.
L'interlocuzione con la proprietà è stata complessa, punteggiata da rigidità che mi hanno sorpreso. La descrizione dell'immobile prevedeva un posto auto che poi non è stato confermato nella realtà. La pulizia dell'immobile ha visto lacune soprattutto nelle aree non di prima fruizione (sotto il letto, sotto divani etc). D'altra parte l'appartamento vedeva cartelli indicanti possibili penali in caso di immobile lasciato in disordine creando un clima di sostanziale e costanza incertezza nell'uso dell'appartamento.
