Casa Del Gabbiano is a bright flat on the second floor of a small building located in the centre of Arenzano. The accommodation is located a few steps from the sea and consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen with dining area and balcony, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Arenzano is a pretty town with a lively historic centre, has a stable climate all year round and has increased its fame as a tourist resort thanks to its beaches and marina sheltered by Capo San Martino, its famous pine forest, villas and sports facilities. The reefs offer rocky ravines where one can dive to admire the Posidonia meadows; the first underwater gymnasium in Italy was opened here in 2008. Behind the village is the Beigua Park, on the mountains of the Ligurian Apennines cloaked in typical Mediterranean scrub alternating with rocky gullies, where nature trails wind their way over a breathtaking panorama.
