Wspaniały widok z sypialni na Canal Grande i luksusowy Hotel Gritti po drugiej stronie. Obszerna sypialnie z fotelem i biurkiem. Bardzo wygodne, szerokie łóżko. Wygodny salon z okrągłym stołem i dużą szafa na ubrania. Lokalizacja 2 min. drogi do vaporetto, a tuż pod drzwiami Traghetto - przewóz gondolą na drugą stronę kanału (2 euro), co bardzo skraca drogę do San Marco. 4 min. do supermarketu przy Zattere.
Ciasna i niewygodna kuchnie. Elementarne wyposażenie, tak że codzienne przygotowanie posiłków jest problematyczne. Podobnie łazienka - bardzo źle umieszczony sedes. Zdezolowany wieszak na ubrania i i ręczniki. Brak półeczki na kosmetyki, podobnie pod prysznicem nie ma gdzie odstawić szamponu. W salonie wisi obraz/reprodukcja, niestety do góry nogami. Ktoś wcześnie urwał zawieszenie, więc zamiast naprawić powieszono go odwrotnie. Trochę przeszkadza ruch na "parkingu" gondoli pod oknem.

Very comfortable bed, nice view of grand canal
Air conditioning very noisy and problem with mosquitos coming into room despite all windows shut but in fairness the weather was extremely hot.
