Loved the convenience of being on first floor .
The king bedroom tv remotes did not work with the tv . Tried changing battery only the volume on the cox remote worked .
The faucets on the jet tub are stripped and need to be replaced and the water stream is minimal . It took over 45 min to fill tub a quarter of the way
One day when we were under a tropical storm warning the pool was open all day . The following day same conditions same warning the pool was closed . When we contacted management they said that directive came from department of health but they had no leg to stand on due to the fact it was open day prior with technically worse conditions

Condo is beautiful, but the condo itself has all these codes to get into the pool area , get into the beach area , back out of the areas but we were not given the codes & got locked inside the pool area . Better management to communicate all these codes would be helpful

Didn’t like the fact that they scheduled a dishwasher replacement during our time
