Great location and service

The oceanfront view was lovely from the lanai, and the resort was quiet and peaceful.

Nothing that we disliked. The unit was a little “worn”, but it was very clean and comfortable.

The beach front/view location is the best! The property is well cared for and well maintained...pool, landscaping. Beautiful location. The interior items were well organized and easy to find. We really appreciated the bottle of wine, chocolate and coffee...very nice welcome gifts. Most of the furniture was really nice and the kitchen is mostly upgraded. The deck furniture is very nice and comfortable.

The inside of the property needs additional upgrades and updates. The dated curtains were partially hung and the curtain rod is rusty and falling apart. The bed is needing an upgrade. The platform frame is not much better than a fancy cot. The dishwasher needs to be repaired or replaced. The door spring is broken and the heavy door falls when opened if not held onto tightly...kind of dangerous. It was somewhat noisy-not including the roosters! We could hear cars coming and going most of the night. The deck area has two spots that need immediate repairs. One was covered by a piece of plywood. The other is a sinking hole that is not very safe. The bathtub and fixtures need to be updated.
