Wide and modern -1 bedroom 15 bathrooms- Malasaña

​The apartment itself was excellent—very modern, clean, fully equipped, and looked exactly like the photos online. It is a beautiful place to stay and very comfortable.

While the property is great, the management policy and communication during unexpected events were quite disappointing and caused us unnecessary stress: 1. ​Lack of flexibility: Our train from Seville was delayed by 30 minutes, causing us to arrive just 15 minutes past the 9:00 PM check-in limit. Even though we kept them updated on WhatsApp and rushed by taxi, we were strictly charged a €20 late fee. It’s not about the money, but it felt like a very unwelcoming gesture given the circumstances beyond our control. 2. ​Emergency support issue: The apartment doesn't use a code-based checkout system. On our departure, a mobile phone was accidentally left inside after the door locked. When we contacted support, we mostly dealt with a chatbot, and phone support informed us no one could come to assist u in time.. We waited for 20 minutes with a taxi outside, only to find out there was no immediate solution. However, ​to their credit, they did help us by shipping the phone via courier later on, which we appreciate. However, the lack of a quick reaction for a simple emergency cost us €60 in shipping fees, a wasted taxi ride, and massive stress on our last day. A simple master code or better emergency support would easily prevent this. We will be 100% more careful with checkout systems in the future!!!

The apartment is very close to all the main attractions in the city and some great restaurants. Well and modern furnishings and comfortable beds.

El colchón se hundía de un lado bastante y podrían poner más toallas, no solo dos porque cualquier percance o necesidad y te quedas sin. Y algo más de flexibilidad en el check out sería encomiable.
