Apartment very nice and comfortable, but checkin very stressful.

The apartment was very comfortable, warm and had everything we needed.

Finding the apartment was hard. It's a very big apartment complex with very similar street names. The instructions for finding the apartment were not clear at all. "The main Entrance" to the complex could have been any of the several entrances. Even the local people resident there, couldn't tell us which was the main entrance. When we finally did find it after over an hour in the freezing cold, we then had to find the "lock box". That was a nightmare. Any attempts to ask for help from the hosts were answered by a robot, that continually misunderstood the situation. After following the instructions for about another hour we saw what looked like a dirty bicycle lock at the end of a pole, in the wet and muck, and possibly urinated on by dogs. Despite the fact that it seemed impossible that could be the lock box, we tried it and finally got the key. It was dark by then and freezing cold and it was completely unacceptable to have to go through all that and then have to handle something lying on the ground in totally unsanitary conditions.

A lovely, comfortable, well-appointed apartment with a washing machine that’s a bit out of the way!

Very neat and tidy with very comfortable beds!

It was a bit challenging to find and locate the key box. I let owner know and she was very responsive. To be fair it was after dark when I arrived and locating the place itself and following the instructions was a little hard for me.

Very poor service and very bad attitude after knowing we were stuck and the purpose was recovery.

The house was kept neat when entered. Spacious and enough storage.

Starting with, I went for recovering from my surgery which i had mentioned the team, I live 10 mins from the property but needed an apartment which has lift, heating and bathroom with shower. I was advised not to climb the stair for 7 days after the major operation but to walk daily for 10 mins. This apartment turned out to be traumatic and nightmare for me and my old mum who had come to help me. 1) heaters not working 2) basic equipment like peeler , grater and pots were not available for first 3 days and after constant texting they were given on the 3rd day. 3) the list stopped working and o called emergency when I was down for a walk. This was on Thursday . We were checking out on Monday . No bench to sit anywhere and I was in agony climbing the stairs up. A lot of strain . Since then the lifts were not repaired and I could not do my walks . 4) to see the doctor I had to again use the stairs. The host could not accommodate us anywhere. 5) nor did they provide me and my mom any help to checkout and bring our bags and leave. We could had left on the same day Thursday while o was down if they had provided someone to bring bags. 6) my mom has arthritis and knee pain and cannot use stairs at all. 7) the apartment is still haggling with us after paying nearly €1700 for a week, they are only mentioned a refund of €162 for all the inconvenience caused and no help provided to a person who went through a major surgery and is not allowed to even life a small kettle and my mom who is old and not able to lift bags. After explaining all the issues also, they did not do anything to bring the bags down and left us stuck and prisoner in the house for 5 days. 8) beds are too soft and you go in 9) the sofa is too old and once you sit you can’t get up at all

The only thing is the double beds a little small for two people to sleep comfortably but it is good for a short stay.

Well appointed and comfortable.

Spacious apartment, comfortable beds, excellent washing machine/dryer and well appointed. Close to supermarkets and train stations.

Instructions for entry/key collection were unclear and not suitable. Instructions for rubbish room did not work and had to use other facilities. I was locked in the basement until a local helped me out. Access numbers were incorrect.

Die Küchenarbeitsplatte ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, die Wasserspülung und Dusche weckt aufgrund der Lautstärke und sehr langem Nachspülen alle Mitbewohner auf, die öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung nicht so gut wie erwartet, so dass wir öfter auf ein Taxi angewiesen waren.

Ottima casa per lavoro/vacanze

Casa con tutti i comfort, tra cui anche lavatrice/lavostoviglie e nespresso. Molto luminosa, Internet ben funzionante. Non ho visto il centro città quindi non posso valutare la posizione in merito alle attrazioni.
