Nice, cosy place a bit outside the main city centre, quiet and affordable.

I was a little bit surprised at the beginning since I didn't expect a small flat like that. But it's a nice and cozy place, so I would definitely book again. It's near restaurants, museums, a park and a convencience store.

As an energy and utility engineer, I always look at the heating machines, the plumbing and stuff. What turned me off a bit was the moldy smell when entering the bathroom for the first place. Typical old building problem, also very hard to clean and almost impossible to get rid of it, but could use 2-3 times a year a hardcore mold cleaning (it's infesting the plumbing and no real chance of getting rid of it due to thermodynamics and the laws of biophysics).

Overall I had a great stay in a convenient area that made it a good location for my stay.

I had a problem getting into the apartment upon arrival,as my early check-in was suddenly cancelled and I landed at 6am in a desparate mode of getting into the aparment.I have called the Checkmyguest service line,the office opened only at 9am,so I had to wait till then. But once I got hold of somebody,and they confirmed that my early check-in was indeed cancelled unbeknown to me,I was given access to the apartment right away. My day was saved!

Check-in info had lots of photos,but still missed the important information in print. It would have been clearer if the pick-up location's name was also mentioned in writing as it was a neigbouring business and the first look at the photo was suggestive of businesses around,not a contact point.

Processo di ritiro delle chiavi abbastanza difficoltoso, fortunatamente l’assistenza ha risposto tempestivamente. Inizialmente ci era stato comunicato un codice errato per il ritiro delle chiavi, e anche individuare quale fosse l’appartamento all’interno dello stabile non è stato semplice dal momento che non era segnalato da nessuna targa e non era specificato nemmeno su Booking quale fosse l’interno (infatti abbiamo dovuto nuovamente contrattare l’assistenza). Il lavandino del bagno è tappato, i cuscini del divano letto bassi e dunque non molto comodi. Cuscini del divano e sedie macchiati.

Appartement très proche tous commerces et métro/tram. Très proche de la Villette. Jolie Déco, renové et propre. Lit OK

Process de gestion des clés défaillant Le code de récupération des clés ne fonctionnait pas. Celui de dépôt des clés a été oublié dans le message. Trop nombreux messages issus de provenance différentes : booking, le prestataire de location, le prestataire de gestion des clés. De nombreux, mails, messages whatsapp redondants. Plusieurs demandes faites de confirmation de la location, générant un stress inutile. Heureusement réponses aux appels téléphoniques efficaces : réponse rapide, prise d'initiative pour trouver des solutions rapides. On ne peut pas prendre la chambre avant 16h! Il faut la libérer à 10h ! Pas de possibilité de laisser ses bagages Encore une fois service non orienté utilisateur.
