    It is a nice hotel - everything is fine, just as it should be. Would be great to have an option to open a window in our room but I assume safety concerns do not allow it. Good soundproofing, block out curtains. We used nearby Wilson parking but I assume there could be better options. There is a metro station two minutes away, very convenient.

    Stayed for 4 nights. Requested for a cleaning service after stayed for 2 nights, but returned to a messy uncleaned room. Needed to request again the day after and it was cleaned. I’m not sure if the hotel washed the bed sheet for a new check-in room, but I experienced itchiness on my legs, as if there was a bedbug. I don’t really care about sustainably eco friendly kind of thing, but hygienic supposed to be no 1 priority, because I paid to stay. Some of the staff wasn’t helpful and friendly enough. Breakfast wasn’t great as it’s not a buffet, there were only 8 options to choose, so not worth the money. TV doesn’t have many channels to watch. The hotel looked new though and has 2 supermarkets and 2 plazas nearby.

    One of the worst accommodation experience. The shoser booth drain was dirty and had small fly like bugs crawling out of it. Bed sheet had yellow stains on it. Whats worse, breakfast was not served one morning because the chef did not show up to his/her workplace. Never ever heard of such nonsense!
