    Advantages: able to check in slightly earlier. Convenient location. Good amenities (such as laundry and gym) Disadvantages: I informed the front desk regarding the room after checking in. The moment I entered my room, I noticed that it was a different view. I’ve requested for city view on phone call months before my arrival. There were no follow ups at any point during my stay (I understand subject to availability but no updates on those days I stayed which is very disappointing) I stayed for 8 nights. The room was organised. However, they were filled with too much dust. Housekeeping wise: we had to keep going down to front desk to ask for room cleaning service and for some towels although we set up the “clean room” option from our room screen. I understand Sunday has no housekeeping. At one point, after the room was cleaned, we noticed that the same stains of the duvet was still there. Which made us aware that the bedsheets and covers did not change to a new one. Overall, it’s a 5/10 stay for me. I was hoping for a great stay and look forward to this trip but it kinda ruin it for me.
