The location is fabulous for a weekend city stay. The studio is very comfortable, quiet and well set up with everything you need.
Sue the host is friendly and informative about the locality. It’s an easy walk to Kirribilli cafes and restaurant. Also fairly close to trains and ferries at Milson’s Point.
The parking was fine for us as we arrived on a Saturday and left Monday morning but if you stayed midweek there would be limited parking as most of the streets had a thirty minute limit.

Wonderful location, with great access to shops and public transport. The studio apartment was very clean, the facilities were great quality, the owner friendly and easy to communicate with. If we get the opportunity, we will definitely be back!

Convenient walk to North Sydney CBD, village center, train and ferries to Circular Quay. NB: Car is a liability; find other ways to get around. Bathroom is nice. The owners were very accommodating with luggage handling. Loved the 5pm Kookaburras feeding.
Kitchenette is a little tight. Fine for bringing in food. Don't plan on cooking anything elaborate.

The granny flat/studio was exceptional—new, fresh, and very inviting. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, the bathroom feels luxurious, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect; everything is close by and easy to walk to, so we hardly needed the car. Sue, the owner, is wonderfully welcoming and accommodating. We’ll definitely be saving this as a favourite for future stays.
