Location. Not too far from the train station with good shopping and restaurants on your doorstep but relatively quiet.
Having a bath at the bottom of my bed. Odd Room did not lend itself to this. Silly little ironing board. Just supply a proper one.

The property was very central to all tourist attractions.
The mattress was sagging in the middle. Did not have any wine glasses or drinking glasses. We were there for 2 nights only had two coffee pods.

Great Location, Nice room close to center and very quiet
Horrible Cleaning staff, asked nicely to remove my account from netflix as i remembered a little after checking out (still in the building waiting) cleaner was very rude i felt violently disrespected. Asked him to write what he was saying on the translator as the cleaner didnt know any english and he didnt comply. 0/10 for the cleaner. 10/10 for the hotel in general!
