新宿周辺を徒歩圏内で行ける 静かで便利な場所で コンビニ2件､ドラッグストアは それぞれ徒歩1分、バス停迄徒歩5分｡
鍵を持たずに 暗証番号で出入りできた事と洗濯機が部屋の中にあり 浴室乾燥機能が気に入りました。明るく清潔で 細かい所では､ハサミやセロテープ､ホッチキスやペンとメモ用紙等が置かれていて ちょっとした気遣いが感じられました。
トイレットペーパーやティッシュペーパー､モップ等も十分に用意されています。
お部屋は､写真では広角レンズで広く取られていますが 実際はそれ程広くはなく 1人で快適､2人でもそこそこok, 3人だと少しキツイです。キッチンカウンター部分は狭いです。
ソファーベットを使う場合は、マニュアルを読む必要があります。ソファーベットを広げると ベットルームのドアを閉める事ができません。取り扱い説明書を読まなかったせいで 足を出せずスーツケースを下に置いてしのぎました。
あとは 小さな冷蔵庫のドアがかなり固く、両手を添えて開ける必要がありました。
あと お風呂場のドアの前にカーテンがあると カップル以外が宿泊する場合には いいと思います。
ベットの近くには コンセントがありません。

For Japanese standards, the apartment was spacious and had a nice balcony. The washing machine was very convenient, and all the necessary amenities were provided. I would recommend this apartment for a shorter stay.
We stayed here for 11 nights, but for us that felt a bit too long. The bed was quite small for us, and the bedding kept coming out of the duvet cover. There was also a leak in the kitchen due to heavy rain, which left the countertop covered in water, including the area where all of my camera equipment was placed. Through the Booking.com chat, the hosts told me they were sorry about the situation.
