Dormouse Cottage

Very sweet but on the road position unfortunate. Earplugs worked so not disturbed. Great to be able to bring our small dog. Well provided on the whole but wouldn’t wish to cook there. Ate out so not a problem. Area stunning and so we had a lovely stay.

Road position. Very busy. Sofa uncomfortable and itchy with wool throw. Some crockery dirty and had to be washed before use.

Unglaublich entzückende Unterkunft fussläufig von der Jurrasic Coast. Sehr klein, aber so liebevoll eingerichtet und voller Geschichte.

Alles prima

Very clean quaint cottage that exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed for a 3 night stay, complimentary tea coffee sugar milk and biscuits was a nice touch. Even a cleaning box with essentials in( dishcloth washing up liquid black bin liner and a scorer. Ben linen was of a high standard and smelt fresh every day.

There were a few minor issues that we came across during our stay, which could easily be rectified if addressed. The kettle was full of limescale so had to rinse a few times before each use. I came across a roasting pan under the sink that had left over mouldy food on it so wasn’t checked. The grill had no rack to place the grill pan on so was a bit inconvenient when I wanted to grill sausage for breakfast. Ended up using a roast tin upside down so that it had some height to reach the heat, hence this is why I came across the dirty one. The door mat was torn and frayed. Like I said a few minor issues that really didn’t spoil our stay, but will hopefully be sorted out. We will definitely return to dormouse cottage.

The location was perfect for us as we wanted to stay in Burton Bradstock
