Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it comprises a pretty 21 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen and a bathroom (with bath). We're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- A bathroom with bath and adjoining WC

- A loggia of approx. 3 m² with furniture for enjoying fine meals on sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
