Welcome to Ranch 33, a unique boutique-style getaway country retreat tucked into the peaceful countryside just outside Blanco, Texas.
Brand new construction, the ranch homestead offers the perfect mix of modern amenities, whimsical charm, and family-friendly fun—set on 20 secluded acres where stargazing, wildlife watching, and memory-making come easy!
The space
The ranch house consists of two elevated buildings, The Bunkhouse and The Playhouse, connected by the Skywalk and featuring miles of views facing west out over the oak covered rolling hills and grasslands, making for beautiful coffee mornings and incredible sunset evenings.
The Bunkhouse downstairs floor has a large bunk area with 2 queens down and 3 single beds above them and the cozy upstairs loft has a queen bed. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities and a large full bathroom.
Crossing through the Skywalk brings you to the expansive open Playhouse with plenty of comfy hang out space, dining table for indoor meals and 70 inch TV with surround sound for fun indoor movie nights.
Outside are two large elevated decks to enjoy the 180 views of the Hill Country and a huge flagstone patio with covered outdoor furniture area, picnic table, several large umbrellas, Weber grill, wood firepit and large spool perfect for daytime swimming (heated to 84-86 degrees, included with your stay) and optional night time hot tub (up to 104 degrees, $50 additional cost per evening used to cover propane expense).
For outdoor fun away from the patio area, enjoy lots of open countryside to explore and mountain bike, a five hole disc-golf course, horseshoes and cornhole.
The nearby town of Blanco and surrounding area offers quaint antique shopping, restaurants, breweries and the Blanco State Park for swimming and fishing.

Beautiful Texas Hill Country property. Lots of detail went into building this place and it really shines. I enjoyed the remote quiet most of all. And just a quick 8-10 minutes to town for any necessities or dinner. The pool was a welcome treat after hiking nearby. This has to be my favorite VRBO by far. I will definitely come back.

Ranch 33 is truly a unique and special property, unlike anywhere else you’ve stayed before! The owners, Chad & Mindy, clearly put a lot of thought and attention to detail into the place for their guests. There’s plenty to keep you busy on the property, from the pool, grilling out, listening to music on the surround sound speakers, games, and movie nights on a big cozy couch. The sunsets each day were beautiful, and, if you sit outside with all the lights off at night, you’ll see the most incredible view of the stars. Our family of 5 chose this trip to do something different than we normally do, and we all had a wonderful time.

This place was amazing! Everything we needed was there and the hosts were easy to get ahold of if we needed anything else. I will definitely stay again when I need some peace and quiet from the city life!
