This home is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood. There is a Martins grocery just around the corner and a it is a few blocks away from strip malls. Gas stations are near by.

Water pressure in the shower isn’t great. It’s a half hour walk to ND, longer than “7 blocks”.

Two disappointing things. No cable TV. No dining room or kitchen table to eat at. Three season room had a table but not ideal…
