The house was so nice and it was plenty of room for me, husband and kids! The kids loved having a tv in each room. The books were cute. The only problem we had it was freezing in the living room; It was not insulated enough for people to be warm or enjoy hanging out there for the winter

The home itself is in good order and clean.
There are however several issues that need attention.
1. There really isn't "free onsite parking" the parking is on the street and you get what you get.
2. The home upstairs is not livable in the summertime. It does not get cool. We were there during cooler days and it was hot upstairs. This means the only viable bedroom to sleep in is the one downstairs, with 2 full size beds in it. He does have 3 fans upstairs, 1 box and 2 stand fans, and even with those, it was very hot at an 84 degree day.
3. There were a few other issues that were communicated to the host and I'm sure that those will be taken care of.
The host was great on communication, and very pleasant.
