Lake Therapy offers a great, waterfront house on an AMAZING piece of property! Wide water & mountain views abounding!
Main level has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms (each with a tub/shower combo). Full stocked kitchen, living room with flatscreen TV & access to the lakeside deck + screened porch, where you can take in beautiful views!
Lower level has recently been remodeled and includes a family room w/2nd flatscreen TV, 2 flex rooms and a bathroom w/shower. Sliding glass door allows for easy access to the patio where you'll find 2 kayaks and 2 inflatable paddleboards.
Lakeside firepit sits between the house and dock.
Extra large dock, 2 Ladders, 1 Floating Dock. Sorry, covered boat slip & hoist not available for tenant use. Enjoy breakfast/lunch/dinner in the shade under ceiling fans w/2 sets of tables/chairs, and/or relax on loungers in the sun. Large stationary area - perfect for sun lovers! Plenty of space for boat tie-up.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 90 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 90 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued. Notice of cancellation must be in writing, email is acceptable. Be sure to reference the rented property name and dates you had intended to visit.

We enjoyed our stay in this well-located lake front home. The house, though a bit dated, was comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.
