NOTE: Our home sleeps 10, but due to county rules, we must advertise occupancy for only 8. You're welcome to bring up to 10 overnight guests—just bring extra towels.

8 towel sets: each includes bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, and cosmetic towel
Starter supplies: 1 roll of TP per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll, 1 trash liner per can

Laundry and dish detergent (we often have some, but it’s not guaranteed)

Custom-Sized Life Vests: We provide entry-level, bright orange, one-size-fits-all life vests – located next to the dryer. If you require a better fit or prefer upgraded vests (especially for children), we recommend bringing your own.

Dock lift is NOT available (owner’s boat may be present; if accessed during your stay, it will be quick and respectful)

As a family, this was perfect- great location, water access wonderful and house very accommodating to a family. Beautiful view of Smith Mtn Lake from every room-so everyone was happy! We will be back!

Beautiful views, clean and minimalist house but well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Seth was very accommodating. Note that you do need to bring or order sheets separately.
Already talking about renting again.
