About this cottage rental

Welcome to our home away from home! You'll be close to Greenville's most beautiful attractions, many within walking distance or an even shorter drive away. It's a 15–20-minute walk to much of Downtown and Falls Park on the Reedy and Cancer Survivor's Park are only an 8-10 minute walk away! Alternatively, you can easily have a quiet night in! You can take some time to lounge on our daybed swing, enjoy a cozy fire in our peaceful backyard fire pit, or relax in our hot tub.

We enjoyed our stay for New Years! The home was delightful and met all of our needs. The hot tub was very relaxing and the home was warm and welcoming! Melinda was very quick to respond to anything we needed! Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Malinda was an exceptional host! The cottage was clean and welcoming- even had a Christmas tree to welcome us.It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Greenville. Her expectations were detailed and clear, and she was readily accessable by phone or email if needed.

Very clean and cozy cottage. Stocked up on all essential items and more! Spacious and comfortable bathrooms. Very nice front porch with a swing. Quiet neighborhood, not too far from downtown.
