Brand new to VRBO- This charming 1950’s mill house is a completely renovated 3 bedroom and 2 bath house. Beautifully decorated in a elegant style and high end finishes. The open concept allows for couples, families or groups to fully enjoy the space. This house feels much larger than its 1500 sq ft due to its open concept and 10 ft ceilings. Conveniently located to everything Greenville has to offer. Come relax in the rocking chairs or swing on the large front porch. The house is equipped with high speed internet, and a private fenced back yard, small deck and a fire pit.
House: 1500 sq ft house with 3 bedrooms 2 baths with a beautiful covered front porch and a fenced in yard with a fire pit. The house has an open concept living room with a large comfortable sectional, 50” smart TV, large dining table and open concept kitchen with an Island.
Bedrooms:
The Blue Beauty: The primary bedroom in the back of the house features a King size bed, 55’ smart TV, nightstands, large dresser and a large closet. This room has a private en-suite bathroom with a beautiful tiled walk in shower, amplified make-up mirror, hair dryer and shower supplies (soap, shampoo/conditioner , lotion and body wash).
The Gray Bunny Room: The elegant room features a queen size bed, 2 night-stands, bench and lamps, closet as well as a beautiful non-working fireplace.
The Sputnik Elegance Room: This fun and funky room features a queen size bed, night stands, lamps, bench and a large wall closet.
Bathrooms: The Primary bedroom has a full en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The two queen rooms share a lovely full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Both include shampoo/conditioner combo, soap, and cotton swabs.
Kitchen/Dining: The beautiful open concept kitchen is fully equipped (fridge freezer with ice maker, stove, microwave and dishwasher) and also includes the basics (12 cup coffee pot with filter, blender, toaster etc.) The beautiful table has plenty of space for family meals or game night. Dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher soap provided.
Laundry: The house comes with a full size washer and dryer and we do supply the laundry soap for your convenience. There is an ironing board, iron and steamer for your use if needed.
Exterior:
During your stay be sure to enjoy the beautiful front porch with two rocking chairs and a porch swing. Or enjoy your time on the back deck or by the fire pit in the fenced back yard.
Parking: Plenty of parking. Two tandem spots in the driveway and plenty of street parking on the side of the house.

Host was wonderful, location of the house, easy access to shops, restaurants &swamp rabbit trail. 1 hour from Asheville. Very cozy. I would highly recommend this property!

This was the second time i used Vrbo for an extended family stay. Again, WoW! The home and the neighborhood was peaceful and the rooms were spacious as well as the backyard. The property manager was awesome and if im ever in Greenville, SC again, this will be a top pick for my stay. Jody is an awesome host.

We came here for Thanksgiving to be close to our son who just moved to this area. It was a very comfortable home to hang out at or go into Downtown Greenville. It was about a 6 minute drive to Downtown Greenville.The kitchen was stocked with all kinds of dishes, bowls, pots and pans. It helped to make our Thanksgiving a wonderful time together.
