The best location in Cocoa! Enjoyed sitting on the front porch and feeling the breeze from the water. An easy walk to Cocoa Village. The house was wonderful. It was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. Fluffy white towels. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was a breathtaking property inside and out. Felt like home away from away for our week long visit to the area. Very accessible to the sports park we needed to be at! The owner was gracious and available when we needed him. This property had everything we needed, we just had to show up! Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.
