Kayaks, paddle boards, and pontoon rentals and boat slips are available, at Cape Crossing Resort and Marina, for exploring the rivers, canals, or many of its tributaries for a relaxing afternoon paddle. Or, entertain friends and family while cruising at a gentle pace along the river’s edge. Plan a day at the beach or explore the other attractions in our Merritt Island community.
Getting Around:
Plenty of space for on site parking at unit plus a one-car garage. The beach, shops, restaurant, and bars are a short drive away. Right off the SR3 and SR528 intersection that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly. (Orlando is less than 40 min away)

Check in was a breeze. Communication was fast and professional. Property was clean, big, and had many amenities. Our specific location was a walk to the water, but beautiful and quiet. It was our first time using VRBO and we will definitely use it again. We would come back to this property too! It was very safe.

Needed to get away for some rest and relaxation and this place did not disappoint. The location in AWESOME! The condo is AWESOME! Condo is exactly like pictures, it is super clean, beds are very comfortable, view from balcony cant be beat. The tiki bar/restaurant on property is brand new and the food was fantastic. Pool and hot tub were clean and a beautiful area. We could not have asked for a better place to recharge. We will definitely be returning to your beautiful rental.
