About this house rental
The city in the countryside!
We’re happy to welcome you to our 180-square-meter family home
Located near Parc de la Carrière, it features a heated outdoor pool open from May through October, with no neighbors directly across the way. There’s plenty of parking for several cars on the property. Very bright, quiet, and close to downtown, it’s ideal for family vacations or business trips.

The accommodation
This is our family home, which has 5 bedrooms.
A master bedroom on the first floor with an en suite bathroom.
Upstairs, you’ll find 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a toilet:
2 children’s bedrooms, each with a single bed
1 bedroom with a view of the pool, featuring a double bed (sofa bed)
1 game room that can be used as a dormitory with 2 single beds.
The first floor has just been completely renovated with the installation of a new kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances. We have also repainted the entire space to welcome you into a clean and inviting environment.
Guest access
The house is ideally located 15 minutes from the train station and the airport.
It also offers direct access to major highways, allowing you to reach the coast in less than 40 minutes (35 minutes to Pornic and 45 to La Baule).
Additional Notes
The courtyard attached to the house may potentially be shared with our tenant, to whom we rent an outbuilding year-round.
She will likely be on vacation during your stay.
In any case, she only has access to the courtyard; the pool remains private.
